    The OEERC application is located on the EPA intranet and, therefore, is not accessible to the general public. This application has become a widely-used resource for searching for publications, tracking OEE grant applications, and collaborating across EPA and other agencies.   • * IDPH Survey (MS Access, Cold Fusion)
    The IDPH Survey is a web based survey application that can be rapidly customized for a wide range of survey/questionnaire requirements. The application proved its effectiveness in an assessment Iowa's readiness and response needs associated with bioterrorism, infectious disease outbreaks, and public health threat emergencies. A major component of this project was assessment of communication, alert, and notification procedures at several hundred hospitals, public health, EMS, and law enforcement organizations in Iowa. The application was used to collect more than 120,000 survey responses from public health facilities across Iowa over a three week period. The web-based system successfully collected more than 1000 distinct data elements from each survey participant. Conference Registration (TTEMI has developed a series of web applications for managing conference registration. The web applications use MS Access to track course schedules and personal information for individual registrants. Automatic e-mail notification is used to confirm successful registration and the schedule for each registrant. Please do not register for a conference if you are viewing the site for testing purposes.)
